Refund policy
All Sales Final
All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstance once an order is placed, including but not limited to:
- Digital goods and services (e.g., memberships, subscriptions, downloadable content, access keys, in-game or livestream impact items, event triggers)
- Time-based access or perks (e.g., early-view pages, premium community access)
- Gift cards, store credit, and promotional items
- Sale or discounted items
Placing an order confirms you understand the product and its requirements and agree to this policy.
Digital Content & Instant Fulfillment
Many items on our store are delivered instantly or start fulfillment immediately (e.g., unlocking features on a server or stream). By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that all sales are final once delivery begins.
EU/UK Notice (digital content): If you are located in the EU or UK, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital content and acknowledge you lose your right to withdraw (cooling-off) once delivery starts, consistent with applicable law.
Physical Merchandise
For physical merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged/Incorrect on Arrival: If your order arrives defective or incorrect, email business@jeromeaceti.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. If verified, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit (at our discretion). Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.
Unauthorized Use & Fraud
Orders placed with stolen payment methods or through unauthorized account access are considered fraud. We cooperate with payment processors and authorities and may suspend or ban related accounts. We do not issue refunds for unauthorized use where delivery occurred; please secure your accounts and devices.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing, you agree:
- Not to file chargebacks for delivered items/services or for dissatisfaction with features expressly described on the product page.
- We will provide evidence of delivery/usage (server logs, IP/time stamps, video VODs, redemption records, email confirmations, Discord/Shop logs, and communications).
- Accounts associated with a dispute may be suspended pending resolution.

Pre-Orders & Delays
If an item lists a future availability date, delivery begins on or after that date. Pre-orders are non-refundable. If we cancel a pre-order for reasons on our side, we will issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
EU/UK physical goods: If applicable, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw for unused, unopened physical items; however, digital content provided with your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment of withdrawal loss is not eligible.
